We are seeing too many issues related to Nokia PC Sync. These are the few things what you can do before raising the issue in discussion forum
Check the System requirements and your device compatibility with PC Suite as well as the PIM you are using is compatible with Nokia PC Suite.
Make sure that to synchronise your phone with Nokia PC Suite, you have to login with Administration rights
Take backup of your PIM Data on a periodic basis using Nokia Content Copier.
Make sure that your Phone's firmware and Nokia PC Suite has got latest versions.
If you are synchronizing your device's PIM data with Mails for Exchange, OVI.com etc, please don't synchronize your device with Nokia PC Suite, as it result in loss of your valuable data.
Make sure that you have define the settings in correct way(Automatic Sync, Two way Sync), because wrong sync settings will result in loss of your valuable data.
Whenever new update available for Nokia PC Suite, after updating PC Suite, you can create new sync settings before you synchronize your device with Nokia PC Suite.
Make Sure that your phone is in idle state(No applications should kept open on the phone) while sychronising your phone and PC.
Contacts :-
Make sure that your contacts does not have any special characters in their First Name & Last Name.
Calendar :-
Make sure that your calendar entry's Subject, Location field does not have too many characters.
Make sure that your calendar entry's does not have indefinite End time.
Make sure that your calendar entry does not have too big attachment file.
If everything above is clear and if still you are facing issue in synchronizing your data, On your system tray, right click on Nokia PC Sync icon(similar to Yin Yang symbol), exit and then disconnect your phone, connect again and then try to synchronize your device with Nokia PC Suite.

Also make sure that your phone is in idle status before synchronising. (no applications should run on the phone while synching)
