Hiii umm at night when i want to video record i always see a blue haze. but during the day there is no blue haze. can anyone please tell me why this is..

Because of the low light during the night - the camera does not receive enough light and the blue haze is actually 'noise'. The sensor switches to higher sensitivity and distorts the image.
