every time i open the SW updater ,, 

all i find is only one update >> (N8-00 device software)

and when i connect it to ovi suite it said ( No available updates)

so what should i do ,,, 

i wanna to download the video player update

It has been said elswhere that both Video player and DAB radio were two non-essential upgrades that were only released via SW update to test servers prior to releasing later firmware updates. If there is any truth in this, it might account for them no longer being available as Video player could be expected to be incorporated in later device firmware and DAB radio application already available at OVI Store.

Whether there may have been short term server errors I don't know, but after having to "hard reset" N8 and have firmware re-installed all the aforementioned updates apart from Apps Update 1 (available via OVI Suite > Tools > Softwate update) were available to download via device SW update yesterday to remove any speculation here.

If device SW update procedure fails once it remains that way unfortunately, although in case of Videos update this seems to have worked for some users:
