can not edit images on 5800 xm

can not edit images on 5800 xm

On v52 I was not able to edit images on my 5800 XM. Today I uptaed it to v60 but still have the same problem: The "add effect" does not work.

It is the same when the image on the external memory or on the mobile memory!!!!

Any help please
