camera stop working

i was having problem with my camera. it wont work! an error message appear. "unexpected error occured. please restart camera/phone." even if i do so, the problem is still happen. somebody please help me

Unfortunately there are no clues as to which device you are using as we don't get to see what type has been registered here.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.

hi. i am using Nokia N8 device. i was having the above problem long ago. After i sent my device  to nokia care, about three months ago, the problem was fixed. but now i'm having the same problem again. i mean almost the same. the camera lens does not functioning well. when i start the camera application, a blank (black) screen appear. i have to take the first shot with the blank(black) image to make the lens cover opened itself. Much worst, i can't record any video. just blank(black) screen on video mode. is there we can do here? need help.
