Hi all, I've bought a Nokia 5230 Black Edition...all perfect, but some days ago I've found a problem with Video Recording...Exactly at the sixth second the phone blocks everything: the voice keep recording, but picture is blocked. And so the video will come out with this problem: all ok until sixth second, then picture blocked and only sound...What can I do? I've just resetted the phone, and make the upgrade with Ovi Suite..Help!

hey i too am experiencing d same thing, the only diff is that i m havin nokia 5235, bought d phone 6 months ago, and video was playing back fine then, however for some months i didnt record anything but 3 days ago i decided to give it a try n the picture freeze during playback with sound continuing ,

Set storage option to memoty card and try again

i have already set it to memory storage still its freezing

is your firmware upto date?

Is mmc almost full?

Change settings (quality) low to high or vis versa and see if there is any difference for each mode

yea software uptodate, memory cards has 1.6gb memory left, yeah i kept changing d settings to tv high quality, email viewieng, etc but still its frezzing also d videos which i took before r freezing too

first backup ur phone data using ovi suite, then hard reset the phone and try if it works then restore ur data.

Going by the flow of the posts it seems Hard Reset solved the problem...

I did the above things but still having the problem!

My firmware didn't reset after the hard reset.. I don't get it...
