Unable to slide photos on Nokia C7

Hii I am facing a problem to slide photos in my nokia C7.....I am able to view the photos well but not able to slide left or right to see another photos.....wen i put two fingers on the screen and slide....it slides to da next photo but not wid one finger...........i am also not able to zoom photos by closing my fingers togreher......plz plz plz help me wid dis issue
