I remember back when I upgraded from ^3 to Anna, my pictures got separated out to Photos & my videos were separated to Videos.  I do not remember what I did (I think rearranged the files on my memory card) but somehow I got pictures & videos to show up under Photos.

Now that I have upgraded to Belle, once again only photos shows up in Gallery.  Anyone know how to get videos to show up there as well?  I do not like how the previews are so small in Videos & all the detailed info is unnecessary when I am browsing ...

I have the same problem, I just noticed it today. WOuld love to hear how to fix this

It looks like the way Nokia decide to seperate photo & video in different app in Belle. You can view all photos in N8 using Gallery, view videos using Videos.

Have many old videos taken with photos and like them together for easier viewing. But now you have to open Gallery to watch newly taken videos and then open Videos app to watch old videos. That's not convenient to me. Understand that some like them to be separate. Why not give an option, eg. add folders of videos to Gallery?

It's kind of rearrange by Nokia team, not sure they gonna put an option for this or not. One thing that i noticed in my n8 is pre-installed Photo Editor app able to view photos that in download folder, i.e. downloaded by browser but Gallery app unable to view those photos, kind of weird, right?

Update: I just had to edit a video & instead of the new version showing up under videos, it only shows up under gallery (the original is still under videos) - which I much prefer.  Now to figure out how to duplicate this w/out having to edit all of my videos ...
