N97 mini - Synch problem with Nokia photos

Just got a new N97 mini and I cannot get it to sync with Nokia Photos. Have installed the newest version of Nokia Photos and Ovi Suite. Nokia Photos acknowledges the phone is attachedm starts the sync but then comes up with the message "Syncronisation Cancelled"

Anyone any suggestions or ideas how I can resolve this?
