Hello,

I am having some trouble with my E72 and downloading my pictures & videos. I have been using the phone without the memory card for a while, however now I have come to download the pictures & videos they aren't being recognised on the computer so therefore aren't downloading  

When I tried to download them the phone displayed a message alone the lines of 'memory card not in place', so I've popped the memory card in but the pictures still aren't being picked up by my laptop! 

Any help as to how I can download my pictures would be much appreciated, do I need to somehow save them all on to my memory card? Or is there no way of downloading photos taken on the phone memory alone?

Madam, try to use the file browser of Ovi/PC suites and look where the pictures are located . One does not have to put it in external memory just use drag & drop or copy and paste,  from the folder/directory of the phone to that of the PC.
