Flash light doesn't still while taking video

Hi to everyone. I've just bought my nokia n85 and I have a lot of problems, but the real matter is about the video recording.

When I try to take a video at night, I turn the light option on, but the problem is that after 2 or 3 seconds the led light turns-off itself, without my touch. I read (and this is one of the characteristics I have bought my n85 for) that is possible to take a video with the light on, but I don't know how to do that, or if it is another bug of my mobile phone.

PLEASE HELP ME
