E6: Missing photos in Gallery

I have copied a load of songs and pictures from Windows to my E6 microSD card.

 

The songs are working nicely, no problem there (= SD card working properly).

 

The photos don't appear in the gallery/photo browser. When I reboot, the phone claims it is scanning for new media, but the photos don't show up.

 

Does anybody have a suggestion for what's wrong and how I could fix this?

I also notice the issue. It seems that copying picture only works if copied to internal memory. The photo taken from E6 still viewable from microSD. I guess Nokia should fix this issue as well.

 

Try to copy your photo to internal memory.

Seems to work for me. Did this just a couple of minutes ago. Perhaps I misunderstand something here?

 

Sent a dozen of pictures from a pc by bluetoth.

Opened the Photo Map/gallery and the phone updated it automatically.

I can see the photos that were sent to my SDHC-card.

My card is a Transcend 16GB Class ?, well higher level...

Issue was that you connected your Cell via Ovi Suite. this is wrong you must connect it through Mass Storage option. Now Reload IMAGES in memory folder again.

i have bought a nokia e6 recently. but i am having issues with pitures and music. i can see pitures when i connect phone to pc otherwise it doesnt show up in my phone.

 

Secondly my music doesnt  transfer from pc to phone. i tired so many times but didnt work at all.

 

anyonecan help please
