When I connect to inernet and go on youtbe it doesn't play the screen is black somehow it doesn't load the video and before it worked fine... I have deleted all the cookies, privet data etc. Don't know what to do please help thanks.

I have the same problem with my E72!! Youtube always worked and dailymotion etc. until yesterday. I don't know why this happened. I think its something to do with flash player because at dailymotion you see a little adobe flash player icon with a little 9 under?? But I can't download the new adobe flash player for some reason.

Please someone help me with this, it's driving me crazy.

same problem with my nokia 5800 xm. all i see is the youtube watermark on the bottom right (which never used to be there) and it refuses to stream or play. is it a flash issue?

good people of nokia, help us out...

download opera mobile from ovi store. my issue was resolved. its a probem with the default browser of nokia

I've just downloaded opera mini on my nokia e72 but I still have this problem. In opera I don't even see a black screen there is no video at all???

I think it had something to do with flash player because on other sites where there is supose to be a video or something like that there is a weird adobe flash player icon.

I never had this problem and I already did a software update and also a reset. Nothing works.

Hope someone has a answer!

i did actually download opera mobile in the hope that it would resolve the issue, but it was to no avail. the videos wouldn't play through flash, and i would have to watch them via realplayer which doesn't play the videos either

I think the problem is in the new update for the phone... and lots of other little mistakes have been showing on it...

hy i am having the same problem with my e72 and i have 071.004 firmware , i have hard restarted my phone and still have this problem, and my friend who have e52, have the same problem go to youtube from phone browser click on videos and stay black.Some mounths ago was working very good , but now...

HEY guyz

I'm using nokia e5 a wonderful mobile made by nokia. Unfortunatly i'm facing the  problem in playing youtube videos. I updated my Firmware and now my videos have stoped playing.

I have also downloaded opera but still no use. I set the settings of realplayer but still the same

plz some one help me out in this porblem

if updating your firmware doesn't help, there is a possible alternative: download the youtube app from ovi onto your phone and you should be able to play videos from it like it did for me before i updated my firmware.

But youtube app will only play videos hosted at youtube servers not that from vimio.com dailymotion.com or anywhere else and that youtube is also outdated it only plays videos in standard quality. answer awaiting...
