I had purchased c6 the phone look nice to me and it is .But after a couple months a problem rise and still it is .The problem is after shooting video recording when ever I play the video  the video freeze(stops) for a while but sound keep on running in background and after a couple second the video jumps to the same exact position where the sound is..I had tried all the means ..went to service center ppls out there said software problem and updated software  Along with that being Nokia sales person they make me +ve to extend my warranty pull out $$$.....

So at last I had come to this forum to discuss what should I do with this issue.As recording run fine if I switch storage to phone memory instead of memory card..

But it is not a solution.So please help me out....

Better back up the contents on your memory card and format your memory card.Your problem should get solved.

Hiii,

If your memory card is almost full due to applications, songs, photos etc, then delete something and try video recording. Otherwise backup the memory card, format it and use. It may solve the problem. Also try recording by changing the video settings to basic or medium from high.

This happened to me after firmware upgrade. Reformatting memory card using Windows explorer(FAT32, allocation unit size set to default) in opposite to C6 inbuilt formatting program seems to fix the problem.
