Hello!

Yesterday I was making 3 movies with my 6500 slide (640x480, maximum quality). One is about 11 MB, one is 27 and the other one is 47 MB. With 11's I have no problem. My problem is with the other two.
After I make the movies, immediately I was able look them in my phone and was very good, normal.
After a few 20-30 minutes, I was not able to open the files. The error is that the file format is not suported.
I was transfering them in my computer and i try to open with different video players (nokia multimedia player, bsplayer, vlc, winamp, wmp, quicktime) and nothing works. The file format is not suported!

My software version is:
V 08.30
03-07-08
RM-240

What did you use to create the files?, don't use Nokia Video manager, use some other software.

also the resolution of the screen is 320x240 so why are you encoding into VGA you are just using up space by doing that, I recommend you encode into 320 x240, the quality will be the same on the screen and you will get much smaller file sizes.

the movies are made with my 6500s camera. why can't I play the movies now? I can't see the movies also in my phone and in my comp...

why they put the 640x480 resolution if I can't use it?

I think this is a nasty bug in the software...

I'm disappointing with the new nokia software!
