webos also has more games than symbian
I doubt that claim very much.
In any case, it is still up to the developers (unless Nokia starts to pay them for making the games), and given that Android is nowadays vastly more popular, as is iPhone, and as Nokia did announce last year in February that it will be phasing out Symbian, it is no wonder that developer prioritize the more popular platforms, as it is easier to get a bigger audience for their apps that way).
And if Nokia is reducing its investments in Symbian in general, they're not going to invest more in paying for additional apps/games, as it would probably be wasted money. Nokia's interest is now in getting Windows Phone to become a success, so any new investements they make is in that direction rather than an operating system/platform that they've said they're in the process of killing anyway.
If Nokia is not really investing in Symbian in a serious way (yes, they do some maintenance work for the OS, and they'll release also a few new models, but overall that's not going to have much of an impact), that means that it discourages developers from doing it, too.

The fact remains that what Petrib and RaithK have written is correct. The N8 will never have the same amount of games as Android or iOS.
Your best option is to sell your N8 and get an Android phone if you want to be able to play those games you mentioned.
All the best.
Ray.

Why not symbian if nokia pays to gameloft then automatically games will be made for nokiA symbian
Nokia is not in the habit of paying game developers to develop their games. Not since Nokia shut down its own Games organization and the N-Gage game service.
From time to time they have marketing promotions or competitions that award some amounts of money to game developers, or pay a lump-sum if they preinstall some game on a phone model or another. However, in general, Nokia expects that the game developers pay for (fund) their own games and put them up for sale in the Nokia Store.
If game developers do not think a platform, like Symbian, is interesting any more, it'd be very expensive for Nokia to pay for all the apps that developers don't want to create for it. With the declining Symbian device sales and marketshare, that'd make Nokia's earnings from Symbian phone sales even smaller, with probably negligient effect on the actual sales of such devices.
You could ask Gameloft, if they care to tell you why they're not putting much effort on Symbian any longer: http://www.gameloft.com/index.php?platform=gamelof
