where can i get " active standby plugyns" for my n73?  or a application to show me what application is active in menu? i saw at n95 that when enter in menu near application icons is a blue round which show that this application is active...   Thanks....

This function is only available on the newer S60 phones. I don't think you can get a 3rd party application for it.

but i saw this and on nokia e50...and it has symbian 9.1.

That is possible, but I can't get it for my N80 either. The N80 is very similar to the N73.
