hi . After updating my nokia c6-01 to anna i had problum with ovi store then i hard reset it with three fingers method and i lost all the applications from phon. store, social, maps, adobe reader, quick office all are gon now please some budy help me that how can i get them back pleas reply, please

Exactly the same happened with my 701 when I had to do the 3-finger reset as the last desperate resort to restart my phone. You will need to have the firmware reinstalled to get these back I'm afraid.

The only way to get them back is through software update process. Check your software update frequently. This is the only way. If you don't want to wait then take your device to Nokia care, they will do it. Do not do anything else. In many sites it will be shown that installing qt will help you to install Ovi store. But don't do This. Because it doesn't help. Just check your software update.
