I use:
Albite Reader = excellent epub, txt, html ebook reader
Bey2ollak / Wasalny = community traffic updates for Egypt
ClockSync = manually synchronizes time
ComingNext = 3 homescreen widgets showing Calendar events (much better than built-in calendar).
Dukto = WLAN file transfer (basically same as bluetooth, except over wifi, and easier setup). Also exists for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Mawakit = Muslim prayer times + compass for prayer direction
Nokia Battery Monitor = battery widget, shows battery usage for today, yesterday, and week. (i'm curious though how much battery it itself actually consumes
)
Nokia Car Mode = easy interface for Contacts, Maps, and Music Player when driving
Nokia Reader = RSS reader with homescreen widget
Opera Mini, sometimes Opera Mobile = for internet surfing (sadly, much better than built-in browser)
PocketLock = automatically locks screen when light sensor blocked (to prevent putting phone calls on hold, hanging up, or dialling someone else by accident)
SoundHound = song identifier; unlimited use, not like Shazam
remoQte = turns phone into keyboard and touchpad for pc through wifi
Swype = alternative keyboard with easier text input method
vLight = flashlight (I recommend because it keeps brightness at selected level without dimming after some time)
--------
*note: not all are available through Ovi Store. Google app name + nokia to find any app.
Please use format:
appname = short description (What you use it for, or comments you have)

Sorry but no application from your list is considered essential by me. Really no one.
And therefore no one but Shazam you would find in my smartphone.
