No feedback from OVI developers. Why???

Ok, first of all, there is no point in rating items and reviewing them in the OVI store because there is no feedback whatsoever from developers. An example is the facebook app that has had bugs since the day it was released. Thats almost one entire year! God knows why the simplest thing such as notifications has not been added by now.

The facebook app is rated 4/5 stars when clearly, the majority of reviews are negative.Has anyone here managed to get any feedback from OVI developers? if so how did u do it?
