I cant install apps after downloading on my 6120c.

My 6120c wont install most apps after its downloaded them. I keep getting an error message saying "cant install." Every now & then an app does install which makes the problem even more confusing. Nothing ive tried to download from Ovi Store has completed the installation process. Can anyone please help? Thx,Anni
