My Nokia store was giving me troubles at a point in  time so i had to uninstall it to install new one. After the uninstallation, the Nokia Store icon in the menu disappeared.I was thinking that when i install new one from the SW update, it will appear back.

I installed new version of Nokia store and it the icon didn't appear and had to hard reset thinking that  it will still bring the icon back, but it didn't work. 

I even reinstall the phone software using nokia suite but still the icon is missing after all the updates. i can see nokia store installed in the "installed application" under application manager. when i try opening it from the browser  it doesn't work either.

What should i do to get back my nokia store as i want to download some paid applications. 

my phone software is  025.008.

Nokia suit  3.2.100

Try uninstalling the app that's shown in your application manager. Reboot your phone and reinstall.

i have exactly the same problem. Mine started when i hardreset my nokia c7 and since then no nokia store for me. I have it installed several times but no icon. Nokia, pls, any solution to this???

Try installing Nokia store from from software updater of your phone or via pc through Nokia suite after uninstalling the existing one. If still no luck, a trip to Nokia care is all I can suggest.
