C6-00, Front camera problem

Hi there, the front camera of my phone doesn't work!! I can use the 5.0 Mega Pixel camera without problem, but when I want to use the front one, screen turns black!! As a result I can't use the front camera on video calls!! Help me please.

Try hard reset by pressing *#7370# and providing security code (default is 12345 but if u changed it, u should provide the new code). Hard resetting deletes all your data so create a back up first.
If the first step doesnt solve the issue u should take your handset to nearest nokia care centre. It may be a defective one.
