When my calendar entries were offset by 1 hour (I live in melbourne, australia), I thought Nokia Engineering is so stupid. But the actual issue is a bit tricky.
+10 GMT is used in Brisbane and Melbourne uses +10GMT with Day light saving, which in total makes it +11 GMT. It looks like Nokia is just using Brisbane which is +10 GMT.
But if they are release a software for worldwide market, they should have done their requirements properly. BAD ENGINEERING.
I fixed this by just changing my laptop setting by removing day light saving (and my laptop time is now 1 hour behind my local time).
Stupid Nokia PC Suite Team. Hire some real engineers and do your requirements engineering properly.
Cheers,
2Good

Also in Melb & also 2 hr time difference on my 6300. Phone calender meetings always 2 hours behind Outlook Calender after a Synch( via Ovi). If meeting set on Phone then is +2hrs in Outlook.
After trying everything and failing rang the Customer care centre (somewhere in Asia). Guy tried hard but in the end the solution was too "lie' to the computer and tell it I'm in Fiji( GMT +12) vs Melb(GMT+10 + DST- is effectively GMT +11).
Had to reset the time after inputting GMT +12. Turn phone off/On. Run yunch and for now all OK
6300 was a new work phone 3 weeks ago old one died. Old one was Synching perfectly so issue is with phone
