restoring back up from a Nokia 3022 to a 5800 ExpressMusic

I can't seem to restore the back up I made with Nokia PC Suite having lost my 3022 and recently purchased a 5800 ExpressMusic - can anyone help me with how I can proceed with this?

Being a Mac user I'm not the best one to advise you on this issue, but don't despair as data could always be retrieved using Noki here:http://www.nokisoft.com/

Happy to have helped the forum in a small way from 2007-10

If the phone has SD card and you did a backup, you can also restore thru backup.arc (check Reset and restore: backup.arc and mmc for details.)
