Unable to backing up of 6300

Dear All,

This is Sazeeb from Bangladesh. I am unable to take back up(in the PC using PC Suit) of phone memory. After finishing 14%(while backup of Calender starts) it stops backing up. Please provide your suggestion regading this issue at
