Hello,

recently I've put some of my messages in Saved Messages Folder (Archive in PC Suite). When I want to view these messages from PC Suite/Ovi Suite, these messages are merged with anothers. I will try to explain:

For example:

In phone:

Message 1 from Sender in Saved Messages:

Aaaaaaa. Bbbbbbbb.

Message 2 from Sender in Saved Messages:

Ffffffffffffff. Uuuuuuuuuuu.

And in PC/Ovi Suites they appear as one message:

Message 1 from Sender in Saved Messages:

Aaaaaaa. Uuuuuuuuuuu.

Can you please follow bellow mentioned steps?

1. Uninstall PC/Ovi Suite, PC Connectivity solution and Nokia Connectivity cable drivers from Add/remove

2. Do restore factory settings of your device**** Please take complete backup before going for Restore factory setting*****

3. Now Install latest version and try.

If this does not help please provide more info?

You have mentioned message1 and message 2 from sender.

Is this same sender? from same number?

I did these steps, but nothing changed. I reinstalled device software too.

Yes, it is the same sender from the same number.
