Synchronisation issues

Is anyone else getting thise problems?

1. Nokia handset has a far greater number of tasks than in Outlook (ie. tasks being deleted/completed/changed in Outlook not synching properly with the phone)
2. Appointments seem to make themselves recurring appointments, even if they're not
3. All appoinments created on the Nokia are marked as private?

I love Nokia and decided to give them another go, but it's sync definitely doesn't seem to be Blackberry quality.
