Sync contacts as filed in Outlook? Nokia 6300

As I have a large number of clients I tend to know them by their first name and file them under their business name in Outlook. Is it possible to have a nokia 6300 syn with outlook contacts but used the "filed as" fields as the name?

Running windows XP with service pack 3 and Nokia PC suite 6.86.9.0

you can export the contacts as .csv file and add the 'filed as' in it. Then import the .csv back to outlook.
