It used to work just fine, but now it doesn't

My outlook.pst is in a different folder on a different partition ( E:\MSOUTLOOK ). PC Suite as such works just fine. I can import vcf files to the phone, do tethering, all good. But the syncing just does not work. It does a lot of work and shows all the right messages while working, but at the end it always says: 0 Entries synchronized.

It just does not seem to find all Outlook info on my PC. Yes Outlook is the standard app in Outlook itself (file/Options..) and also in Windows 7 "Standard Programmes":

PC config is Windows 7 32bit, Office 2010 32 bit, Nokia N97, PC Suite 7.1.5.1.0.

And as I said it worked in this exact configuration until I had to reload the image on drive C:\ with Acronis true image, but it is a 1:1 image of what used to work.

Any ideas MUCH appreciated.

 get phone back to factory settings pasw 12345. start phone again and try to sync.

OK Mike thanks, will try that. Will need to read about what reset to do, any reason why you recommend the 12345? There seem to be other codes flying around like

* # 7 7 8 0 #

* # 7 3 7 0 #

which one will maintain the apps that I installed like maps, shazam etc..?

Resetting to factory settings did not work in my case. Phone is 6136. Windows 7, Outlook 2010. PC Suite can't find outlook. Thoughts please

Hi,

do you have Outlook 2010 32-bit or 64-bit version? PC Suite does not support the 64-bit version of Outlook 2010.
