Problems with backing up ALL of my SMS mgs

Hi

I have a Nokia 6310i phone (company phone) and latest suite compatible with this is 4.8 which I have installed. However whenever I try to use content copier it saves most things including SMS's in my inbox. However it does NOT save my archive or my outbox.

How can I achieve this objective please?
