Hey guys!! I hve a Nokia 5800 xpressmusic cel.. I use it almost for al tins like listen 2 music, chapture snaps, watch videos everytin.. I also browse though net on my cel itself!!

I had xp os on my system & i culd browse through "ONE TOUCH ACCESS" witout any problem..
Few days back i installed win7 ultimate on my pc & connected my cel 2 pc 2 browse though
de net but ended up in a
problem..

De problem goes like tis
Device driver software was not successfully installed, its says
CDC COMMS INTERFACE - FAILED
Nokia 5800xpressmusic USB MODEM - FAILED

So, guys pls help me 2 troubleshoot tis problem, it wuld b a gr8 help for me..

Hi,

The one touch access you mentioned sounds to me like you are using Pc suite.

Download and install Ovi suite which will update your drivers and the rest of the component.
