Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

Are the drivers that come with your card among those supported by PC Suite?

Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

Sound like your bluetooth software is IVT BlueSoleil ? Try uninstall your bluetooth software, reboot. If your bluetooth card works with Microsoft build-in bluetooth software, then it works with PC Suite.

Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

Go to control panel, check if there is an item ' bluetooth devices '. If there is, then enter this item to pair with your phone. Other, run pc suite, click help - system info, find out which bluetooth stacks. Maybe your bluetooth software is not supported by pc suite.

Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

? At main screen of pc suite, click help, near bottom of pop-up you could see ' system info ' button. Pc suite only supports some certain bluetooth stacks.

Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

Got it :-

"PC Connectivity Solution:

Version 8.47.6.0

[Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver:]

Version 7.1.8.0

Operating system:

Microsoft Windows XP 32-bit Edition, Service Pack 3

Language: English

Language for non-Unicode programs: English

Detected Internet browsers:

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 (Default browser)

Detected Bluetooth stacks:

- Microsoft (Version: 5.1.2600, Build: 5512)"

Looks like it is not detecting my new card ????

Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

You should try Connection Manager again. Check such as Bluetooth (Microsoft). (do not install the sw came with your card if windows recognised it).

As I posted, pc suite doesn't work with the sw came with my BT. Luckyly, windows supports my BT, so now pc suite works with microsoft bluetooth stack & my BT USB. Does windows recognise your card ? your card work with microsoft Bt software ?

Re: PC Suite and Bluetooth card

You should buy a Microsoft Bt mouse / keyboard set, but only use the Bt USB part ! This Bt USB must work with Microsoft BT stack.
