PC Suite: Image Store problem.

Hey there,

I'm using:
Nokia PC Suite 7.0.9.2
Windows Vista SP1
Bluetooth Connection
Nokia E71

The problem I'm having is that each time I go to sync my photos, I get the error: "Error communicating with the phone".

I've tried using the cable connection but it didn't make any difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated =]

Hi,
The only thing which I could remember doing for this issue was to uninstall and reinstall the PC Suite.So you can try the folloing steps:-
1)Uninstall PC Suite,PC Connectivity solution and Connectivity driver.
2)Install PC Suite again and don't connect the device after installing.Reboot the PC.
3)Once rebooted,Connect the device to PC and see if it works with PC Suite.
