My problem with PC Suite is that I can't get my N97 to connect with it.

If I connect my mobile, it asks if i want to connect to PC Suite, is just keeps prompting me that. But the problem is not in N97, but in PC Suite or Windows 7 drivers.

So, the "Get Connected" wizard  thinks I'm using IrDa connection, which I'm definately not using. If I close this warning it doesn't let me choose which connection I want, as show on the picture below.

Neither does Ovi Suite recognize is.

If I connect my phone, it keeps loading drivers.

However, if I select to connect in Data Transfer mode I can access the phone.

I have installed, repaired uninstalled bothe Ovi Suite and PC Suite a lot of times, so that didn't fix the problem. Also tried connecting the phone with a freshly installed Win7 and Ovi Suite, everything worked smoothly.

I assume I have some drivers missing which Nokia PC Suite or Windows 7 are not able to find for me.

Uinstall both, Clean Windows Registry (CCleaner) reboot, Install one of them, Ovi or PC Suite.

Dude use this nokia pc suite cleaner which removes the PC suite ,connectivity cable driver and the registry files....And after cleaning install pc suite again ur problem ll be solved for sure...u can get nokia pc suite cleaner from here http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/pc-suites/how-to/nokia-pc-suite-cleaner
