Nokia PC Suite doesnt read all my contacts

Hello, here are some basic details of my set up.

Windows XP Professional(5.1)
Service Pack 2
PC Suite version = 6.86.9.3
Connection method = cable
Phone Nokia 6500 Classic (v03.21 variant 42.02)
Contacts memory in use = phone

When I connect my phone to my PC with PC Suite I view 98 contacts, however, when I check the phone I have 128 contacts.

Any ideas why I have such a discrepancy?
