Nokia PC Suite: My Folders Backup

I want to reset my 6681 and want to bakup all the data.

Does Nokia PC Suite (latest version) saves messages stored in Custom Message Folders?

I.E. Messaging->My Folders->MyFoder1, MyFolder2, etc?
