Hello everyone. Yesterday, I downloaded and Installed the latest Nokia PC Suite (7.1.30.9). Then I connected my Nokia 5610 XpressMusic using USB Cable to Nokia Music to transfer musics to my Phone. But it didn't detect my phone. Don't know why, but connected my phone to Nokia Music through Printing & Media. But, the Nokia Music is not detecting my phone. I tried to connect my phone through the other two modes i.e. PC Suite and Data Storage. But, still then it can't detect my phone. Then, I connected my brother's Nokia 95 phone. It detected it very well !

Can anyone help me with this issue? Why is this happening with my Phone(Nokia 5610 XpressMusic)?

Operating System: Windows XP SP2.

PC Suite Version:  Latest, 7.1.30.9

Connection Method:  USB Cable.

This is one of the on going issue which is already a known issue to our forum members

Kindly downgrade your pc suite to 7.1.26.1 version and you can get Nokia Music Manager application

As of now, Nokia Music is not compatible with most of the devices
