Hello,
I had updated my Nokia 6350 withthe latest Firmware 13.17. For this, I had to install the Ovi Suite 2.0 (don't know if this matters).
I have been updating mu contacts with Lotus Notes 8.5 and it was working fine.
After the update, the mobile phone numbers are not synchronized any more. Instead, the fax numbers are transferred.
Any ideas? This problem makes this phone unusable as my work phone...
Note: After the update, I also receive the following error message in the address book "No settings found. Contact your service provider.". I have no idea if this is related or not.

Hi,
I am having the same problem but I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 contact list on a Windows XP sp3 system. I just updated to the newest Firmware, ver 13 something, on several of our Nokia 6350 phones, and now when I update the contacts on the phones that have the new firmware, all the numbers in Outlook contacts listed under Mobile do not transfer to the contacts list on the phone. It just leaves that field blank. If a contact has a number under business or the home area those numbers transfer just fine. I then hooked up a Nokia 6350 phone that has not gotten the new firmware and the numbers transfered over just fine. I am using Nokia PC Suite 7.1.60.0 to update the phones. Yes, I also get the message now on the updated phones when I go to the contact list "No settings found. Contact your service provider." every time I go into the contacts of a phone that has the ver 13 firmware.
Please help!

I used Nokia Suite to update my Nokia 6350 and I also get the message "No settings found Contact your service provider" every time I go into Address Book> Names since I updated to ver 13.xx firmware and when I try to enter "Service Numbers" I get the message "Service Numbers = none".
Please Help

Hi CDT_3,
If you are experiencing issues with the Nokia 6350 Address Book, restore factory settings and re-try.
Restoring Factory settings:
- Menu-->Settings-->Reset Device
- Enter 12345 (Default code) when prompted (If you have set your own security code..enter that instead).
Also, you may update or reinstall your phone's software. If the issue still persists, a visit to Nokia Care Point would probably rectify your concern.
If you would like to hear answers from Nokia directly, you can use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page and then, select your country in the section "Call or Email Nokia Care".
Hope this helps and solves your issue.
Regards,
