I have a Nokia 2730 Classic, Windows XP SP3 and the latest version of PC Suite.
When I try to connect my phone via cable it won't work.
When I plug the cable in the phone gives me 3 options:
The only way the computer recognizes the phone is in Printing and Media. And then, the PC Suite says "Connected in non-compatible mode" and I can't do anything.
Connecting in PC Suite mode results in the PC Suite's utter failure to acknowledge the existence of the phone.
Connecting via Bluetooth is not an option.
Please help.
Alternatively, if there is a way to download and install maps without using the PC Suite, that would also be good.

We had this issue with our fleet of 2730c - you need to uninstall Nokia PC Suite and install the new Nokia OVI suite - with this you can do all the same features and it's a lot easier to navigate around.
