N95 Vista Bluetooth Modem

Hi All

Just got an N95 good phone.

Want to use it with my laptop - have the latest release of PC Suite but the computer doesnt recognise it as modem - says "Standard Modem over bluetooth link" when forced to use the Nokia Driver - it doesnt work.

No drivers for Vista on Nokia site either.

Any ideas or help appreciated!

Shunts....
I will mostly be communicating with a Nokia E72 Zodium Black
Nokia E72-1 with Vr 051.018.207.04 Software

Hi,

Which PC Suite application you try to use? Did you connect your phone to PC Suite by using Get Connected Wizard? That wizard will install needed drivers and after that you can use PC Suite's One Touch Access to create 3G or GPRS connection.
BTW, what BT stack are you using? You can check it by opening Connection Manager (what BT stack has been checked)?

Had same problem with a 5500. I eventually found a copy of PC Suite 6.82 here http://europe.nokia.com/A4273038 worked immediatley.
