When you post a question about PC Suite issues, please try to include the following information. Doing so will allow the community to help you out faster.

 

What version of Windows is being used?
What Service Pack is installed?
What version of PC Suite is installed?
What is the connection method, cable, bluetooth or IR?

 

The quickest way to find out what version of PC Suite you have installed is to open the main PC Suite window and go to Help -> About. This will give you the version information.

 

If you are getting an error message, it would be a good idea if you could let us know the exact error message you are getting.

Also, try a quick search before you post, some of the issues here have been discussed quite often. You may find your issue has appeared already and been solved.

PC Suite FAQ >> has some questions covered, so you may also find some assistance there.

Also, here are the locations on nokia.com to download different versions of PC Suite:

The PC Suite homepage is Nokia PC Suite Homepage. Here you will always find the latest version for your phone.

Windows 98SE and ME users can use PC Suite 5.8 which is available here: Nokia PC Suite 5.8 Download


All the cable drivers for Nokia cables can be found here:
Nokia Cable Driver Page

However you will notice that there is no Win 98SE/ME support any longer for cable connections.
