Error synchronizing Notes 8.x calendar with N70

When I synchronize Notes 8.0.1 calendar and N70 with PC Suite I get error message as follows:
"xyz.NSF
The ID file is locked by another process. Try again later."

Windows XP Pro
Service Pack 2
Version of PC Suite installed 7.0.9.2
Connection method - bluetooth
