E72 doesn't fully sync calendar with Mac

My new E72 doesn't sync with my Mac (Snow Leopard) and the same error message keeps coming back...

As I can't work properly without sync between my computer and my phone, and the local company can't seem to help, can someone please advise when will a new iSync plug for the E72 will be released (or an Ovi for Mac suite)? I hate to return my phone (which I already like) to the company just because of a software problem...
