I have tried everything to remove the nokia connectivity cable driver from my pc but i can't, it's currently preventing me from installing new ovi suite.
I used Nokia pc suite cleaner, cleared up registry.... but i can't uninstall.
It is also unable to install newer/older drivers.
Also i tried to create the missing msi driver but i can't find it online (version 7.1.8.0)
I'm on win7

Hi meek,
Please download the windows clean up utlility to remove all traces of Nokia programs. This app will remove all the relevant files from program files and registry associated with that particular program.
i am attaching the set up with this post. Please save it as .exe and then run the program. Once installed you will find the list of program. Select whatever that says as nokia and remove one by one. Restart computer and then download and install ovi suite.
Good luck
Cheers

Hi.
I had the same problem and tried what you suggested. When I try and install the latest version of Nokia Ovi Suite, I still get the message " Cannot uninstall Connectivity Cable driver" etc.
Any other suggestion?
With thanks,
