I have created a Backup file .NBF in Nokia X2. Now i want to restore it in Nokia X2-02 or in PC. Please help me.

Can you elaborate what errors are you facing?

Have you checked our Youtube page for troubleshooting videos?

 

This video will explain you step by step how to perform a Backup and then restore it.

When I am making on my Nokia X2-02, then it becomes off after five seconds.

Sorry to hear that!

Have you tried performing a hard reset before restoring your backup?

Do you mean that after restoring your device when you turn it ON it goes black?

 

You could also try to connect your device to Nokia suite and update it, and then try to restore again.

After turning on it goes white and then becomes complete off. I have also connected with PC Suite and it also not connecting.

After turning on it runs only for five seconds then becomes completely off.

 

It also not connecting with PC Suite.
