All Nos not visible on PC but seen on phone ????!!!!

i have the 6233 model. using the PC suite 6.86.9.3

 

Funniest thing is that when i open contacts on PC Suite it shows only maximum 2 nos despite having more than 4 contact nos. in some entries.

 

what is happening???? im flipping out......

 

ALSO, can i define groups on the PC rather than on the phone?? is there no Drag-n-Drop

 

please please advise asap
