every time a open ovi store on my nokia 500 phone starting to switch off now what to do

Firstly, try turning your phone off for 10 seconds, then turn back on.

Make sure you have latest software on your phone, i.e. plug phone into Nokia PC Suite and press on the update button.

If that does not work, then try restoring factory settings as your last option.

Take care.
