i have some suggestions for next firware update
they ca be categorized as follows
1.the sound must be made louder,its too low
2.in the music player menu the option to play through loud speaker should be provided even if the headphone is connected.this feature helps the user the user to switch between songs even when the keypad is locked which saves time and battery for the user.the feature is provided in most of the models like nokia 3500,nokia 2626,nokia n70 etc
3.support to play *.sis format should be given so that high class software and games can be run from a mid ranged phone
4.support to play *.wav format should be given
5.option to ask whether to notify or not when an application tries to write in memory card or phone memory sholud be provided
6.text editor should be provided,whats the use if u can view the text documents but cant edit them
7.the ability to go to diferent songs my pressing their track nos should be given.this feature is available on most of the music phones and other phones as well
8.diferent lines come when shooting the camera for photos.this bug should be fixed as it irritates the user while taking a photo snap
9.the flash light can be improved for camera as it works only for a short disatnce
10.the sent item folder in message box shows wrong icon.it shows the icon of delivered when it is undelivered and quickly changes into undelivered when the message is delivered.this should corrected as it creates confusion about delivery of message
11.the message received time or sent time is not shown actual.
12.many line comes during camera shoot which is a default to be corrected
13.similar type of disturbance line goes up to down in the home screen sometimes or when u press any no dialing which is a great software problem
14.yahoo messenger sofware can be added to make the software for reliable for chat as many have yahoo id but dont have hotmail id
15.the option to change the display or contrast or brightness should be given.what the use of hardware support if u cant use it through software
16.the menu lights are litte dimmer which can be improved
17.more graphical smileys can be added as it doesnt have enough smileys to convey the all type of message through expressions
18.the ringtones volume are low which has to be seriously improved
19.it would be better if the capacity to save stations would be increased.our country has more than 45 stations but we can save only 20 stations so it becomes a disadvantage.
20.the option to save contacts whether in phone or sim can be added advantage.it would be easy for users to decide whether they want to save contacts in phone or sim n they dont have to keep moving from phone to sim
21.the back up settings should bakup all type of settings.it only saves the configurations settings but not the go to,short cut menu etc settings
22.spped dial no can be increased.my previous phone had 100 speed dial savving capacity but it has only 10
23.it would be an added advantage if u can add xenon flash to it n we could switch between falsh to choose as falsh light or a torch light
23.there must be a feature to transfer the whole folder but not only choosing files which increases efficiency of user
