I mistakely I did a master rest on my 3250
and now I lost all my contact list ,,, is there any way to recover it?

look I have all my SMSes in my Nokia Life Blog
can I retrive the numbers from it ?

in nokia life blog it just shows names, is there any way to find out the numbers?

I have a one nokia 6630 lost contact after reset
